Avoid a late arrival if at all possible. The passport gates always have a massive queue. Airport needs some serious upgrades. Not fit for purpose.

G CSeptember 8, 2013Poor airport. Too many passengers. Gates for internal flights don't go up until 25 mins before departure. If you arrive early prepare to be bored. Security staff are the rudest outside the US.

"You can get shuttles here to the nearby hotels like the Premier Inn and the Holiday Inn. They tend to go every half hour. The to get to then you will have to go underground from the airport."
