5. Heart Coffee
6. Powell's City of Books
Stephanie Ge: Books for days.
7. Smith Teamaker
Stephanie Ge: They do tea flights! 4 bowls of loose-leaf tea (you pick all 4 from their very comprehensive menu) for you to sample. Bowls are large enough for two people to share one flight.
8. Pine State Biscuits
Stephanie Ge: Best biscuits ever.
9. Afuri
Stephanie Ge: My favorite ramen shop from Tokyo is in Portland! Recommend the yuzu shio (chicken base).
10. Case Study Coffee
11. Blue Star Donuts
Stephanie Ge: Blueberry bourbon donut.
12. Pioneer Place
Stephanie Ge: Big shopping mall. No sales tax in Portland so do your shopping here!
13. Salt & Straw's Wiz Bang Bar
Stephanie Ge: Salt & Straw does soft serve! It's in a little food court with some other shops (ramen, Mexican food, etc) and is open late.
