Lisbet CrawfordDecember 12, 2016Nice rooms like a small 1 bedroom apartment. Clean and well maintained. I was not pleased with the lack of action taken to resolve the problem of a car illegally parked blocking a wheelchair ramp.
We have paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap and a balcony. All rooms are now remodeled. Its quieter than other resorts and nice!
The waterway around Star Island has paddle boats and other watercraft for rent.

Alex MatherFebruary 26, 2014The air wouldn't get any lower than 70 which didn't do much to beat the humidity but the grounds are very pretty. You can hear EVERYTHING from the suite next door.
Kristi ArnoldMarch 28, 2012Good luck trying to find a parking spot if you return from your day anytime after 10... The parking situation here is the most ridiculous I have ever seen!!!- Sad to say, but from the looks of the unit we got, the place is going downhill!
Adam VillalobosJuly 10, 2013Not sure if all the buildings are the same, but building 28 walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are saying...and they can hear yours.
- Good place to stay. Free washer & dryer...just bring soap. Also get extra towels & TP when you check in.
Keep an eye out for a momma racoon and her four babies. So cute!
Our suite: dirty. In-room ice maker made rust colored cubes. The kitchens: not stocked w/utensils or supplies. Worst: past guests' hair on towels, in beds. Nothing addressed by mgmt, so we left early.
