Great place for the Drpeche Mode fan! Not so great if you want to drnk good beer.
The street with the (for Norwegians) funny name. A handy point of reference to all the sights around old town.
Great looking museum, but the content was a bit confusing, anti aircraft guns and a lot of coastal gun batteries mixed with various seafaring objects. Great interactive displays and free wi-wi.
This Museum of National Antiquities has impressive collections from as early as the Stone Age and lots of great Viking historical items. Don't miss the Gold Room and the amazing Textile Chamber.
The Vasa Museum in Stockholm is one of Scandinavia's most visited museums. This place is home to the 17th century ship Vasa. Also has 4 other museum ships. Opens at 10am. Guided tours available.
Always on the lookout for new beers from new countries and places, not least from the source, I hope I can manage to get here on a day trip from Stockholm.
