Its located exactly in the spencer street station or known also as Southern cross train station. The shops sell with discounted price.

The veggie pancakes at Genki Sushi are 20 cents cheaper here than Hi Sushi at Southern Cross station.

Most boring mall i have ever been too. Lacks big brand names so no comparison to DFOs, too small and blase so cant compare to westfields, go grocery or day to day shops so worse even than centros.

No, the top end of Collins Street is fashion. Spencer Street is forever a railway station.
