- Jin MoonNovember 1, 2015Very fancy and a lot more quiet then the Queens. Outdoor pool is pretty romantic during a snowy day. Their waffle with strawberry and ice cream really hits the spot after you go to all the saunas.
- CandaceOctober 27, 2015Quiet, luxurious, intimate setting. Much smaller than Queens location. No kids! I went on a weekday & had an amazing time. Be sure to ask about bath salts! Food is tasty but pricey.
- Yanzy BearFebruary 28, 2016I njoyed my facial, loved Debbie she was great. My massage was good but,I thought it was the whole body. Anyway Ashley was awesome, I would definitely book my next spa day with her.
- Whit MaullJanuary 3, 2015Awesome spa with an ice room. Well worth the admission fee and a few hours of your time. The food was way better than expected also, try the spicy pork.
- FreshNYC p}-:{>January 1, 2015Impressive heat and water-based hydrotherapy facilities and bade pools with bar service, along with unique sauna treatment rooms ranging from infrared, gold, chromotherapy and even an ice igloo room. Read more
- KimApril 26, 2016Get there a bit early and enjoy the feeling of having the place to yourself, followed by the fantastic social aspect of the big pool and the various saunas.
- Zyber VixDecember 21, 2014Staff wear outdoor shoes inside, clients have to walk barefoot through the area where shoes are removed. Masseurs ask for a tip straight after your treatment; feels like a shakedown in a "luxury" spa
- Huich InJanuary 6, 2015If you're looking for more relaxation, skip the bade pool. It gets crowded and you'll end up waiting for a spot with jets. Get your bath on in the locker rooms and splurge for a scrub.
- StephanieFebruary 3, 2018A nice little retreat in the heart of Midtown. Decent amount of pools and saunas, but doesn't hold a torch to Spa Castle in Queens.
- Nate SOctober 20, 2015Skip it! I've been to the Queens Spa Castle many times and was excited when I heard that they were opening one in Manhattan. The two couldn't be more different; this one is overpriced/few amenities.
- Zyber VixDecember 21, 2014The best things are you don't have to go Queens & no children. The place smells of fumes, probably bonding agent, the water level in the main pool dropped, food options are limited
- Was a faithful client for 4 years. As of January, they took away the female only area and except for the locker rooms, the whole spa is now coed. It was heaven and now it’s hell. Never going back.
- Iskander AjramJanuary 2, 2017There is absolutely nothing good about this place. Long lines to get in, did a scrub and really felt completely disrespected from the start. Please avoid!
- Tara HaightJuly 13, 2015Awesome spot! Super relaxing. Bade pool is great; could stay there all day! Staff very friendly and required to purchase and wear shoes that have never touched outside pavement to keep facility clean!
