It’s very nice and lovely! If you want a lovely and fancy hotel where you and your family will be spoiled then this is the place to be! It’s even great for kids. I would 100% recommend.

M. KhalidFebruary 7, 2013A very good location; the suite is spacious with a marvelous sea view, we got an extra bed easily, staff were friendly and welcoming. Location is 9/10 I highly recommend Sofitel worldwide.

The hotel beach has a view of Burj Al Arab. The suites are very spacious and they have a golf cart service to take you to your room.

Great hotel, loved the staff and the restaurants! And the great thing is that they can serve u the restaurants dishes in your room!
- General ambience is great. Ask for a palm view room. Expect to relax. In Maui beach rest. try us burger. Try porter house. Call center is not helpful enough. i needed HDMI CABLE and they didnt supply

Rachel KJanuary 5, 2020Nice and comfortable rooms with horrifically bad service across the board (front desk, pool, restaurants). Only good if you have young kids. Would not come back to this Sofitel location.
