Sofia Cherif: This is one of the easiest hikes in Mahe (about one hour per way) taking you to a breathtaking secluded beach, you can also take a taxi boat back ! The walk starts at Danzilles after Bel Ombre.

Sofia Cherif: A nice 3 kms hike inside the lush forest. The Bellevue sightseeing point offers incredible ocean views, then leads to Anse Mondon beach, for swimming & snorkeling, only accessible by foot or boat.

Sofia Cherif: Delicious affordable Sushi place in Beau Vallon with good quality products, overlooking the Ocean. My personal favorite is the Dragon Roll ! They also offer other Asian specialties.

Sofia Cherif: A nice and easy walk leading to a sightseeing point overlooking the Indian Ocean - legend has it that pirate's treasures are still buried in there, maybe you'll be the lucky one to find them !

Sofia Cherif: A must do to try the amazing local Rum Takamaka - you will do a tour of the distillery, have a delicious local lunch, rum tasting and of course, a lot of souvenirs to bring back home !
