The ice cream here is the consistency of a very creamy lightly chilled mousse -- super smooth but not as hard as I would expect ice cream to be.
Warning: the ice cream is dense and delicious and the regular size is large. Add toppings.

Nancy TranJuly 7, 2015I find the whole liquid nitrogen thing too gimmicky. It takes them so long to mix up your ice cream. Although the texture is very smooth, I can get a creamy scoop of ice cream somewhere else.
Puu KampolratanaFebruary 12, 2015Liquid nitrogen icecream machine sounds exciting but the salted caramel doesn't suit my liking at all. The earl grey is alright though. The Bi-rite creamery does the earl grey better in my opinion.
Paresh DaveJuly 14, 2012Smooth as promised. Get the berry sundae for $7.75. Sub the flavor of the day for the vanilla. Ginger peach was sweet as tho didn't taste the ginger much.
Get the mint chip or earl grey if they have it! Lovely, subtle flavors.

The vanilla is just incredible. Simple, creamy, and perfect.
Order two kiddie-size instead of one regular size so you can try more flavor combos (hint: they're all good!)

The ice cream is really delicious but the place is overhyped. I'm surprised they haven't opened more locations yet.
Don't miss the popsicles and ginger beer floats in addition to their incredible ice cream!
