You either know and love this place or you don't. Located on the corner it's a great little place to pop in for a quick bite and a pint. Go there Thursday's and Friday nights ask for Izzy.

I've walked by this bar a ton of times when in the West Village. Finally went in with some friends to a pretty empty bar, which was good for our 15 person happy hour.

If you’re looking for a casual beer in a cozy setting with a few TVs that isn’t overrun by the whole West Village scene, this is a good option.

Interesting British bar - very dark inside but great prices in happy hour (4-7). Opposite is Down The Hatch, if your younger you might like it better over there

Can't beat a $4 happy hour Guinness. And the fireplace in the winter really warms you up.

Very unique atmosphere, bartenders are nice and is fairly quiet so good for a tamer night

Waitress was good, but food was unexceptional. Bartender had little knowledge of beers, and wasn't accommodating. Restaurant opens whenever the server gets in. Music is surprising loud. Fancy dive bar

Don't eat here. The food is terrible. I didn't think you could mess up wings but they managed to somehow. The beers were also room temperature.
