- Chet ThakerMarch 2, 2014Upstairs is very quiet and has hardly anyone there so good if that's what you want. Downstairs though has a better atmosphere with music playing though busy. Food and drinks are good n both floors.
- Lucille FisherJuly 19, 2017A step better than the Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal 4. Spacious & more pleasant environment with the wall garden greenery. Food selection is more western with authentic English breakfast on offer.
- Tracy BOctober 2, 2013Awesome Skyteam Lounge @Heathrow. Free video games, beautiful live plants on all the back walls. Windows along outer wall to see planes. And decent salad, pastas, fruit, meats & cheese, crackers etc.
- Rene LaAugust 22, 2014People obviously don't read these tips as upstairs is always empty when I check in ;). 😊 ..... But yes DO go upstairs to the second floor for some peace and quiet.
- Crowded but one of the best Skyteam lounges around. Decent (hot) food, good range of newspapers/magazines and comfy washrooms. The only place you can get same day european newspapers at T4
- Athar KhanFebruary 10, 2013Only lounge with a living wall and good choice of food and drink for a lounge especially hot food. Serve yourself is the best aspect. Upstairs is quieter however you get to see diverse people on 1st.
- Go upstairs ... Almost always empty. Same amenities as downstairs but with lots more privacy. This photo was taken at 6:40 am on a busy Saturday for International flights and I am the only one here.
- Liz NgoMarch 26, 2013Go for the Clarins complimentary massage in Sky Lounge @Heathrow. So much better than a free Pina Colada @Barcelona Sky Lounge. Ya think??😉
- In the pure Air France flavor of lounges. The upper floor is often less crowded. Desktops, wifi, but a lack of power sockets overall. Nice food, although sometime sparse pre-6am. Bonus: sunrise view.
- Mark L.January 12, 2013Totally agree on the upstairs. If you have carry-on luggage, take the somewhat hidden lift to the 2nd floor. It's in the back corner to the left of the buffet.
- If you forget your gold card it's worth paying £25 for a voucher. Free good food, free unlimited wifi and quiet especially upstairs. Consider £12 in apostrophe and sitting around
- This is how empty the second floor of this lounge is most days - definitely worth the few steps up to it for serenity now!
- Jayson ChaseFebruary 15, 2015Plenty of seating and a nice layout and great selection of wines. Puts BA Galleries to shame
- Steve WattsMay 2, 2015One of the better lounges at Heathrow...good bar selection and hot food...perfectly located opposite the gate for our Etihad flight to Abu Dhabi
- Brittany BFebruary 20, 2015Full breakfast, video games, free massage, sleep rooms, yoga room - one of the nicer lounges.
- Feel free to reach out to me when you're in need of recruiting our talent sourcing expertise in the EMEA region. I'm here quite frequently, happy to discuss:
www.recruitingessentials.nl - Mark LeeDecember 12, 2019More basic than Plaza Premium and scrambled egg is dry and chunky in comparison to creamy. It’s an ok lounge but unexciting. Staff are happy and friendly. Accessible with Priority Pass.
- Very nice lounge! Worth visiting when your in terminal 4. (When you have access to it) groundlevel can be very busy, so don't forget that there is 1st floor.
- They should introduce a rule - NO PHONE!! Also some people should realize they are not speaking a unique language! There might be people around who understand them.
- Catherine DaviesJuly 16, 2017Continental breakfast is downstairs. Cooked is upstairs. I stayed downstairs. Spacious and light
- Shara Patricia Ciravolo FesserOctober 17, 2014They still have champagne, and in fact quite a selection of food when dinner.... Is spacious but congested :-)
- Lauren Cabral GagneJanuary 30, 2014Take the lift upstairs - same accompaniments, more space. Great accommodations 4 work or to relax.
- Olga EpsFebruary 18, 2012Best lounge yet. Free psp, wifi, good snacks and drinks. Biggest newspaper selection this side of the Atlantic
- NickJune 25, 2012The Skyteam lounge also operates as the lounge for Star Alliance and United in Terminal 4. Wifi took a moment to connect on my iPhone but once it did it was plenty fast.
- Ravi SitwalaJuly 6, 2013Be mindful with the Tabasco if you plan to mix your own bloodys (the Worcestershire is a nice touch, though)
- Very good lounge. Good selection of wines and snack!
- Paul NovareseOctober 19, 2015Decent lounge. The downstairs gets crowded, but most people don't even realize there's a 2nd level, which is usually much less crowded and has better views.
- An Excellent lounge and an unexpected treat for the Alitalia customers: great food, comforts and even champagne after 5 pm.
- Head upstairs for some peace and quiet and decent English breakfast
- Tom RussellJanuary 31, 2013I hadn't realised that people's coats got so tired and needed their own seats. I must get a seat for my jacket, when one becomes free.
- Nathan WilliamsJuly 11, 2011Go upstairs! Great food, bar, coffee, wi-fi. Great early morning place to watch the sun rise.
- The upstairs here is dramatically better than the downstairs in terms of peace and quiet and no crowds.
- Everyday the same food... If possible, have something outside the lounge. Good for drinks and a snack though. Try upstairs, same but more quiet
- J. Nick KostonNovember 1, 2012Its usually the dns resolution that breaks so if you can't get the wifi working go to
https://192.168.23.21:8443/home - Upstairs tends to be more quiet, although there are usually more food options downstairs. :)
