Great Escape is an amusement and water park owned and operated by Six Flags Entertainment Corp. It is located approximately 60 miles (97 km) north of Albany, in Queensbury, New York.
get the gold membership you receive free season parking. Also good to get is the season dinner plan it's worth it. Every time you visit the park you get lunch and dinner.
John ManganJuly 15, 2013Families - invest in the refillable drink cups. Note that note every station has the same drinks (example, only some carry Powerade). Buy a pizza and two breadstick orders for lunch (~$24) @ Primos.

Jessica SpezialeJuly 24, 2015Love this place! Rides are great! Foods expensive though! Stay away from the pizza. An employee had recommended the chicken fingers as the only thing to eat there. That's all we get now!
A great little park, beautiful summer climate and great towns on both sides, Queensbury and Lake George.

The Great Escape used to be fun. Prices are stupid high, not paying $15 for a fast pass, when there's 3 maybe 4 rides that have a line too use it on. Greedy chair hoarders in splash water kingdom.- Great waterpark! Lots of seating, especially on a weekday.

Bring your Russian translation manual or don't plan in communicating with park staff - none are American, Stalin would be proud!
