Ian FrancisJune 9, 2016This store did not disappoint. Friendly staff and quick turnaround, depending on product. I had the battery replaced in my old iPhone in 20 mins. I would definitely recommend for quick fixes.
Kyle McDonaldJune 20, 2016Simple Mac does not use genuine Apple screens for screen replacements. Their screens will significantly lower your battery life (2-3 hours battery life), and Apple will refuse to service your phone.
- Susan MullenNovember 12, 2018This place does not stand behind its work. Son spent $600+ to replace his MacBook screen; repair failed just 1 month later. Simple Mac refuses to fix its shoddy work. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
