We love SDC. Christmas is the busiest time it seems. The lights are beautiful. Roller coasters are fun and the shows are great. I like going in the spring the best.

Jodi MaloneApril 23, 2013Outlaw Run is a total KICK ASS FUN rollercoaster! Best seat is row 1, passenger side. Other great seats are Row 11, passenger side, Row 12 passenger side. No fake plastic "log cabins" -- it's all the real deal, and some of the sights are historic landmarks. Tons of trees keep the park cool and beautiful.
Eric WMarch 27, 2014Great for kids, lines move pretty slow but the rids are good and it was a very kid friendly environment, as with most in Branson they do offer a military discount!
Change is always going to happen, and I think every time the show changes it's for the better! Make sure you see this before you leave, one of the best shows! Also get there early for great seats!

I always love our time at Silver Dollar City. It is truly a great family theme park. Great rides, shops, food, shows, and so much more.
If you plan on coming at Christmas try to come on a Thursday. The park is packed on Saturdays and very busy on Friday and Sunday. But Thursdays in December are very nice.
Taryn MelvilleAugust 8, 2012On vacation? Set aside a couple days to go, so much to do not enough time! Ride Fire In The Hole, Wildfire & Powder Keg. They hve misters, sprinklers & a few water rides 2 keep u cool on a hot day :)!

It was way better I feel bad for people who didn't get the chance to go.- Fun place but please hire more people to work the food lines. Longstanding joke is to order your dinner when you order your lunch because that's how long it will take to get it.

Going to SDC for Christmas is a MUST!! And make sure you go at night so you can appreciate the lights...it's worth it!

Buy a season pass early in the year. Great deal and you get free passes to bring a friend.
If you plan to make any return trips, buy a souvenir mug. You can reuse them yr after yr and still only pay the refill price for drinks.
