When there is a long line for security in terminal 1-2 try terminal 4, which is often less busy and just 100m more walk. You can access all gates from there as well.

Avoid to be early, they don't let you to the security check. Money exchange often closed and just a few hours open. Avoid this airport if possible
If you have time to seat Käfer is a good option for food. Near the nike shop in the shopping avenue.
It's quite a long way from the airport so allow plenty of time to transfer.
