Located in Rockwall Texas on the Harbor. I started off cooking in my backyard and a few friends liked my food lol. One of them told me to try a BBQ Competition. So I did and LOVED IT! Matter of fact I won 1st place Brisket the year before at the Rockwall Rib Rub Run.
