Once you land make a B line to the rent a car agencies to get the best cars before others beat you to the punch! Clean, kind and courteous folks throughout the airport.

Nicole TrousdaleJune 11, 2013Security is ridiculous! Very rude and very strict! We went through 2 international airports coming here to SHV with no problem. The same stuff in our carry ons. But leaving SHV prepare to bend over!
Do not fly out of here after a holiday. Only one person handling security for both TSA precheck and non precheck. Basically Precheck means nothing at this airport. 🙄

Doug TaylorMarch 12, 2013Worst airport on planet earth. Arrived late due to mechanical problems and National Rental Car is closed down. Other rental agencies have no cars. Also only flight in and took 40 minutes for bags.

LaKesha MosleyAugust 30, 2014AA is now off my flight list! Delayed over night for bs reasons and planes smelled like a cat's litter box! Never again.
- So help me, if I get one more cancelled flight in this airport..... Ugh.
Do not fly to or fly out if the drive is 4 hours or less.
Colgan Air is the worst, I wish Continental would someone else to operate for them.
