I've tried them all, and the super miso is by far the best. Shinobi has a cozy atmosphere and the waiter Rob is always polite and helpful! Make sure to give Rob a big tip, he really deserves it.
Epic kimchi! I wish the Shinobi ramen had more broth as it was so amazingly chicken-licious rich. Worth swinging by if you find yourself in Bushwick pining for ramen.
Mabo (tofu) ramen is spicy & satisfying! Just found out you can substitute whole wheat noodles. They r also the rare exception that offers a vegetarian ramen option.
