By far the best taco joint in the city! Be patient it will take some time before you can get your hands on the delicious tacos. Totally worth the wait! Get the gobernador. Definitely come again, soon!
One of the best tacos in toronto i got blackened mahi mahi which is a hawaian fish, was superb and camarones a la diabla also delish but too spicy if u usually don't eat spicy, i ll come back for more
You've got to hit up this spot for legit tacos. Although there's also a lineup, it's worth the wait. There are barely seats inside so make sure you've got a place to take your tacos afterwards.
Authentic place! They specialise in fish so all those dishes are great. That said, I do love fried so try their fried fish. Also, the Mexican cola is great!
Try their grilled octopus tacos! 🐙 They cook the octopus pieces a bit tender, so you don't need to worry about the taco being too chewy. Also, tacos are $6 each now (without tax)!
Had Ahi tuna and Octopus. They were both pretty good and had generous portions of seafood (especially the octopus). The celery in the octopus gave it a nice crunch.
The tacos are big, cheap (~$5) and delicious! My go-to is the baja fish taco! Don't forget to help yourself to their hot sauce and fresh lime when you pick up your tacos.
Taco spot 1 of 3: Seven Lives is a great stop off as part of an afternoon spent exploring Kensington. Their departure from the simple traditional flavours sets them apart from the other taco spots.
They tend to run out of ingredients by the end of the day, so come early and come with cash. Of all that I've tried my favorite was the Mahi Mahi tacos.
The poke and chips is my fave, closely followed by marlin. So good. They had to increase their prices this week but they continue to be reasonable for the pile of deliciousness you get.
Really great value. Surprising packed tacos - the gobernador was excellent. I also had the pork burrito which was disappointing. For lunch, 1 taco was enough for me (a girl). Space is really small.
Huge tasty helping of ceviche on a tostada that stands up to all the liquid: it was still crisp in the center even though we waited to eat it after our tacos.
Bit of a wait and it was hot. Tried the Gobernador and Octopus tacos. Really big, full tacos - so much so that the shell on the pulpo fell apart. But the tacos were good. Not much room for seating.
Mahi Mahi taco, made with a dry spice rub is a knockout! Also try one of the Agua frescos.. hibiscus and strawberry were two of the flavours on offer today
