A lovely place to enjoy wine and small bites at the base of Galata Tower. Try the cheese platter with a few different bottles of wine, and be sure to take some home too! We liked the Öküzgözü red.
Sensus aka an ultimate homophobic enterprise, which recently and shamefully asked a lesbian couple to leave the place just because they are having kisses on the cheek. Refrain from paying a visit.
Wine marketon the ground floor. Ask for the rooftoprestaurant and they’ll lead you to lift. Classywinerestaurant on top of Anemon Hotel with excellent city view and Galata Tower. Very kind staff.
Nice atmosphere, careful staffs, good collection of wine. Also as they wrote, 'good wine doesnt mean expensive one'- enjoy lots of reasonably priced&good Turkish wines! :) (not many roses though😢)
Here you can purchase or sample Turkish wines from around the country along with other produce such as cheeses and olives. We recommend sticking around for a while and ordering a sample plate. Read more
get a seat at the bar and have a conversation with murat celebi to get advice about turkish wines and degustation food to pair with..then get a takeaway bottle of your choice and drink at galata tower
The wine, the food and the friendly waiters. It's hip, but we didn't feel out of place in our jeans and t-shirt, dirty from walking through the city all day. We're going back for a second night here!
Great place , with amazing big variety of Turkish wines . You should also visit the roof top . You can barely touch the Galata tower . I surely recommend it .
Best local wine ever! Whoever is visiting istanbul, should try! Good price and perfect local experience! Just the apperatives should include more options such as toasts, etc.
Really a nice place for wine lovers! Great atmosphere and you can pick what to drink from maaaaany different types of wine. Dont forget order a cheese plate also!
Awesome place with great collection and ambience. The hostess at the bar very friendly and helpful. Although the waiters had a cold attitude and no people skills.
Lovely little wine bar serving only Turkish wines. Reasonable value, remember expensivewine is not necessarily good wine. Book ahead on the weekends, it gets busy.
I really liked the place. You should make a reservation before you go. There are plenty of local wines to choose from. Mini burgers are also fantastic.
Very overrated. Cheese plates are limited and quality is low. There are lots of different local wine being sold here but as a glass you have their own brand only. Service finishes at 22.30.
Pleasant surprise. Offers wine by the glass and small plates. Limited English but it didn't impose on the experience one bit. Nice change of pace if you're nearby, recommended.
a lot has changed in a negative way since a few months.. small portions, you have to ask something three times to get some service.. i skipped this place for future visits
Chic decoration, tasting available, good price('good wine doesn't mean expensive one'!), friendly staffs. Not many rose, but more white selections. Wanna try all the wine here, yeaah! :D
A wine house run by homophobes. Recently asked a lesbian couple to leave claiming they were a disturbance to the customers. Inacceptable, rude and homophobic.
