Fantastic hotel with amazing views the hotel heats up pretty well in winter with electric blankets though toilets are a lil small . Also they have big gardens which have knee deep snow in winters

Definitely try and stay at their cottages and they’ve got some lovely ones to pick for a family/ group. The one facing river is best!

Don't miss the DJ every evening. Food is avoidable. Make sure you enjoy chai in the garden with the river-view. Great!

The facility is fantastic but the staff is very arrogant. Make sure you booking is in order especially if you book online. I booked through Expedia and it was in a mess
