Try the Karai Saimin - A soupless saimin with garnishes with a sinisterly sweet hot sauce for dipping. I usually pour the dip into the bowl so that I can eat the noodles soba style.

While I used the love the tempura, I now cannot *not* order the char broil teri steak. A must.
