Justin KouApril 23, 2021Scotty's has dive bar charm. Personable bartenders and decent drinks. Great for an after work spot with coworkers and friends but I wouldn't bring a date here. They also serve bar snacks and food.

Best place in PA for a delicious drink (weekday or weeknight).
Amazing food here too. Best wings and fries in Palo Alto. Super friendly staff.
