Holy cow this place is tasty! I haven't tried everything (yet), but sausage rocks, turkey is flying under the radar, & beans may be the most flavorful in TX. Sauce is dead on: sweet, spicy & peppery.
Went after getting over 2 types flu: had chicken which fell off the bone, creamed corn with poblano peppers, and a smoked baked potato. Owners as amazing as the food! Portions big enough for 2 meals!

Give it a few weeks/months from November 2013. Almost no smoke flavor to the brisket, and zero flavor to sausage. Sausage had no smoke and was super greasy. BBQ sauce was ok, but still mild.
