The staff are the best. Get some fresh uni and sushi grade fish to take on to the beach. They will prep all of it for you if you wait patiently. Get steam rice from the sushi place a few doors down!

Fresh uni and oysters! Could eat an entire tray of uni by myself. Food is more grab and go, or eat standing against the window ledge right outside.

Really fresh seafood. Sea urchin depends a lot on the weather as it is diver-caught.
