A 72-foot Blue Whale skeleton that greets you upon entrance, and a planetarium. A relatively small museum, it’s not overwhelming, and perfect for a visit with kids. Read more

They boast a wide variety of exhibits, as well as a butterfly garden, and “Big Backyard” which offers kids the chance to “climb, listen, build, dig” their way through trails along the Mission Creek.

The mammals exhibit is very educational and shows the current state of a species. The photo exhibit was an amazing experience with such powerful images

Drawing from data collected partly by NASA, the Magic Planet is a 4-foot globe that seems to float in space in the Space Lab. Its animations illustrate real world information in a captivating display.
