While not as richly featured as SFO, SJC offers ample parking, great central South Bay location and loads of domestic and international flights. When booking, price compare this, SFO and OAK!Upvoted 3 weeks ago
Very nice airport. They did expansion and upgrades. Very clean, fast service at Southwest ticket counter and pretty good security line wait times.Upvoted Jan 13

If you're arriving and really have to go, but the bathrooms are packed, just take a few more steps and take the escalator down to baggage claim. Turn right and find a less crowded restroom. :-) whew!
Skip by Starbucks and Peet's - there's an Illy espresso cafe down near gate 20. Best coffee you'll ever get at an airport. PRO-TIP: they keep a tip jar just behind the counter. :)

Really nice airport, clean and not that busy. It has different places to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. I love this airport.

SJC is one of my favorites, cozy, clean, organized with free wifi and laptop recharge outlets all over the place!

April Yap-HennigJuly 9, 2014If you're trying to get into town for free take Bus 10 to 1st street. You'll find the stop at the airport under 8. Head Eastbound to the Metro.
My favorite airport and one of the newest airport terminal architectural designs in the US. Best part is the seats have plugs and USB ports to charge your gadgets.
The massage chairs are a great deal, $5 for a 30-minute massage.

This is the best airport, hands-down.- Loving the workstation area near Gate 18 in Terminal B. Bright, spacious and plenty if space for everyone to plus in and get some work done.

- Very convenient airport due to its size and great alternative to SFO. Enjoy the Dreamliner when flying from or to London on BA. Immigration lines can get long though.

If you have a Priority Pass, the Lounge is one of the best in North America. Attentive staff and great views.

EArchitectJanuary 10, 2015If you're renting a car, Enterprise has the lowest rates. Rent for a day from the airport, switch to a rental at a non-airport location to get lower rates to avoid airport/tourism fees/taxes.

Really easy to get in and out. If the line is massive in terminal B, then go to A and walk over. It can be faster. Especially in the mornings.
Love this airport. Great Wifi, plenty of power, and rental cars facility across the street.
Robbie ChanAugust 18, 2014This place is awesome. No line at airline nor security last three times. Outlets on 1/5 armrests, no crowding around a pole. There's even a fish tank!
Once inside the airport, getting through from check-in to gate is not bad. Rental vehicles are off-site, and the rental shuttles are a good walk from the terminals.

Free wifi, and what has been done to renovate their terminal is awesome. Wide open, clean, efficient w/ plenty of eating options too.

My home airport, gives you a nice exercise, long walk from southwest gates to baggage claim and ground transportation.. Any way good for health😀

Minion RepublicNovember 1, 2013Starbucks near Gate 13 so don't buy coffee outside!! And don't forget your sharpie keychain stuffs, very strict & no way to leave at airport/airline and claim it when you get back.
Looks nice and fancy but completely dysfunctional. Most restaurants out of business. Always out of everything. Starbucks runs out of coffee. Coffee! CC and cash register systems constantly go down.

Individual power outlets in the arm rests in the chairs facing the window! (Southwest Terminal). A 'Power' view :)
Talk about a great little airport! So easy to get to and completely renovated. Fly in and out of here if you have the choice, not SFO

Always a ghost town. This airport is known for being one of the least utilized airports around. That makes it great to get in and out of!
