Under renovation so hopefully nicer someday. On a very dirty, ugly, smelly street surrounded by homeless people in all directions. Garbage blowing around the streets. - Call Lori's Grill across the street and order take-out for any meal. Their breakfasts are half the price of Marriotts and their food is great!

Free wifi at the lobby. If you loggin, then you can go to the room and not lose the connection.
When connecting the mobile Wifi , Laptop can't use concurrent!
Oo and on top of the $48 parking fee, why not add $12 for Internet.. These people are thieves!
Right across the street from the PI Embassy .. Very convenient!
They could have included water bottles in the room for purchase...like every other hotel.
