A little off the beaten path to get to at night (and to navigate through the building it's on top of), but the view over Istanbul from here during jummah was just amazing.

After taking in the exhibits, check out the cafe with outdoor patio on the water overlooking the city.
Great place to relax after checking out Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Also: the Four Seasons is the former prison featured in Midnight Express!
