Some of the best drinks in Manhattan are served here with an amazing terrace/rooftop that overlooks Fifth Avenue. Definitely one of the secrets and gems of this lovely city...right around the corner.

Sometimes you just want to feel fancy, and Salon de Ning - on the rooftop of the Peninsula Hotel - is the perfect spot to do it. The drinks are pricey but the view is incomparable and unforgettable.

If timed right it's a beautiful respite high above midtown. Near my office and I try to stop in for a cocktail Al fresco when weather allows. early evening usually fewer tourists

Manhattan meets Shanghai in this stunning rooftop bar. This is the place to impress out-of-towners or that special someone. Drinks are EXPENSIVE…$24 a pop! But it’s worth it.

Hard to say I didn't like this spot, but I didn't. Great view of NYC. Cocktails are obscenely expensive. Bartenders play to the regulars. Crowd was NYC snobbish.

Good publicly available views (the Metropolitan Club has a phenomenal view of the same albeit pretentious). $24 Dark n Stormy is atrocious given the terrible quality. Start here but go elsewhere. Fast
