Wheel Chair rental is $12 per day (right near the entrance) Do it if someone in your party can't walk much. Helps the entire group.
The good news is that Magic Bands make everything convenient. Bad news is that I'm pretty sure they interfere with cell phone signals.
The Manatees were pretty cool. As were the dolphins. They have times listed for when they feed the fish.
Time your visit here around parade times. Show up about an hour before the parade. Get your ice cream & come out and grab a viewing spot for the parade.
If you are staying at a Disney resort, chances are you get coupons for this place. Check the time & dates they are valid though.
Skip this in the morning and come back to it at the end of the night. Walk faster then other people & get to Soarin' first.
They do have a "parade" during light rain. Kids might like it but if it is just adults in your group, don't waste time standing around. Characters are just driven around in car.
"Soarin'" and "Turtle Talk with Crush" should be a must for everyone and as always FastPass+ is your friend.
Rapid Fill is a great deal if you are staying on the resort. Even if you were only filling cups during morning and night.
Bowling alley called "Splittsville" has indoor/outdoor dining spots. The cheese pizza was really good.
Walk through the entire area and take Water taxi on the way back. Good food, gaming & shopping options available.
Cool place for the child in all of us. They have Lego out with store employees playing with kids. Good photo spot with Lego Characters.
If you missed buying something at one of the attractions during your trip, this store has something from pretty much every Disney store or kiosk at Walt Disney World.
While you're waiting to check in, take a moment to look at all the pictures if your favorite Disney characters on the wall.
Complimentary Coca-Cola products from around the world. I seem to remember a lot more flavors being there five years ago though.
It is an interactive show. Should be a must for everyone and as always FastPass+ is your friend. If your kids aren't shy, have them sit on carpet at the front & they may get to be part of the show
Make sure you look at screen when it takes your picture during ride. After ride is over come out quickly into big room & see your photo on the big screen.
3rd row definitely is the worst experience. Go again if you can so you experience it without seeing bottom of screen. Seeing other people's feet does take away from experience in 2nd & 3rd rows.
If you are here on an extended hour night & are staying at Disney resort, get here quickly after "Illumination". There will most likely be no line. Could've easily kept going on until close.
If you want to go on multiple times I would recommend 1) getting FastPass+ for middle of the day 2) go straight here when you get to park 3) go at end of the night.
If you are staying at a Disney resort & you're here on an extended hours night, get your pictures taken at the end of night after "Illuminations". Line goes way down.
A nice 20 minute break as you're walking the World Showcase in the middle of a sunny (or rainy) day. Take a pic @ "Niagara Falls" and enjoy the Martin Short narrated film inside on a 360 degree screen
If you didn't get a FastPass+ for it, find a spot close to the railing at least an hour before showtime.
If you are sending a postcard to someone drop it off at one of the mail boxes on Main Street, USA
The parades are great. Get a viewing spot early (at least 45 to 60 minutes before start) though. Respect the staff. Can't be easy managing that many people (including all the crazy ones) daily.
Edy's ice cream and prices were great considering the location. Very comparable to regular ice cream prices we are used to paying in NJ
Try to get to the to the parade routes early to get good viewing spots for the kids.
A 22 minute journey through US history including speeches from Lincoln and Obama. It is an air-conditioned hall so nice mid day break for the family.
The French fries were pretty good and you get a decent sized portion especially when compared to Universal
Cheese pizza was pretty good and you have choice to dine either inside or outside.
