Fun little themed restaurant. Worth seeing it if you're in town. Food is alright. Atmosphere is cool. Some might find it campy, but it's a cool experience. Try and see all the rooms.
Awesome experience for first timers and out of towners! If I came here again, I would focus on appetizers and drinks, the main part of the menu is of the lowest quality!
Not a place to eat really, but for drinks and a unique experience, its great. You have to enter from the alley, and you need to tell a password to the bouncer to get in. When leaving, use the payphone
I love the spy memorabilia that they have. The beer is alright...😊 I just wish that they had more of a cool thing still going...I came here for my 21st Birthday last year.
Great place to go and have fun with family and friends. I went there for my birthday and was taken down to a secret area! Ask for the top secret drink, Spies Demise, so good!
It's a "been there/done that" kind of place for me, but I still enjoy bringing first-timers there. And I don't share the password with them until we're in, and I tell them where they can find it.
Perfect place to take friends. Entrance is hidden off the main road, and you have to have password to get in. If you show up, you'll be able to get in easily.
To enter this bar, you must know the secret code. If you do not know the secret code, you will have to pass a test to enter. Passing the test is pretty great but I won’t spoil it for you. Read more
Go see the Magician on Thursday night and ask him to do the "fork trick" and then you get to keep the fork nice souvenir! Tip him well too he deserves it ;)
It's sad that Marcus Corp changed how it is more of a corporate restaurant feel instead of the fun themed spy bar. The changes to the classic drinks were not for the better either.
It's not impossible that this classified joint is one of the favorites of Milwaukeeans & International Spies alike. Enjoy edibles fit for a spy on the run! Share Mission Impossible with fellow spies.
Try the Odd Job martini. "Like a bond villian a bizarre (and delicious) mix of Patron, Tequila, St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur, cranberry juice, and a splash lime".
The last time I was in a safe house it was with a former prince, several bodyguards and a Secret Service agent. It was twice as scary, and the food was half as good.
Its a fun place to go but only if u have people from out of town. I would never come here on my own with locals cuz it's cool but the food is no good but it's a cool concept & it was a real speakeasy!
Many will advise you the food is not good but arrive early and the full dinner menu is great and affordable. Be sure to spend time wandering around and reading/interacting.
The last time I saw the Bronze Fonz up-close, he had something stamped on his forehead that implicated the Safe House (see the Bronze Fonz venue page). His nostril hid the USB outlet.
SafeHouse is packed with family fun, food, and missions. Junior spies will have their own spycial menu of kid friendly favorites, and while they’re waiting for the food, agents-in-training are welcome to investigate SafeHouse...
