Sabbath Jackson: Waveland's Mexi Best Skillet. It's delightful. Not pretty, not upscale, mediocre service and bad coffee. But I love it. LOVE it. Oh, and tiny - so be prepared to hang out and wait for a table.

Laura Hassebrock: A Dong dishes are made with fresh ingredients grown right outside the restaurant, and the menu (featuring over 100 dishes) hasn't changed since the restaurant opened. The owner is also the head chef.
Sabbath Jackson: Their soups rotate daily, their salads are very fresh, their sandwiches are simple and elegant, their breads are very authentic, and their pastries.......damn you wonderful french cooking. So good.

Diner · Drake · 75 tips and reviews
Sabbath Jackson: Good ol' Diner food. They don't mess around with too much here. It's decent burger, salad, sandwich and fries type food, but they have portabello burgers, some pasta dishes - and a nice wait staff.

Sabbath Jackson: Vinaigrette salad is WONDERFUL. You only need one slice. Trust me ;) And I have never had one I didn't like. The one slice/salad combos is the way to go.
