Ryan Dean: Corpse Reviver 2 - an awesome (sometimes off-menu) gin cocktail with a hint of absinthe
2. Reef
Ryan Dean: Crispy skinned snapper is excellent, as is the grilled mako shark, if you're lucky enough to have it on the menu (I believe they also serve a Cobia that is prepared in a similar fashion)
3. Cove Cold Bar
Ryan Dean: I highly recommend the Tataki and the PNWS. Both excellent dishes! For cocktails, try the Basil Smash and their take on the Pimm's Cup.
