Skip the pulled pork & brisket--both dry & have no smoked flavor at all. The pastrami has good flavor but is tough and chewy--Katz's or Carnegie do way better. The Ribs & Burnt Ends r where its at!
Good if you're from a state whose BBQ is pork-centric. Bread choices are awkward! Rye? With Pork BBQ? Enough said! They need Poppyseed long bun, none of this East Coast crap bread!
