    The service department is excellent. They fix your problem quickly, cheaply, and with a smile (and sometimes a joke). They won't nickel and dime you either especially if you need something tightened.

    This is a phenomenal bike shop. Great staff in the repair area. I recommend this bike shop to everyone.

    In a time where everyone wants to nickel and dime you Roy's does the opposite. Purchased a bike and they throw in a year of service, a water bottle, and a kickstand. There is no apathy from employees.
