Ross Hill: One of the oldest tea houses in Hong Kong and each day they still serve an endless flow of diners. We enjoyed the tea poured old style and did battle for the freshest of the dim sum off the trolley.
Ross Hill: Schedule a tasting so that you have a deep experience with the barista as they prepare a set of coffees and share how each process works. This brings the coffee experience to its roots.
Ross Hill: Open balcony space by the park. Looking out into the green foliage as the birds dance and tweet in the trees. This is a great place to bring a book as you soak into the city.
Ross Hill: It may seem strange and hard to believe but I actually really like finding great tea shops too. They have a good collection of snacks to go with the many deliciously described drinks.
Ross Hill: With my one day of potential sunshine I made the trek out to Lantau island to explore the mountain. Tian Tan is the largest outdoor seated bronze Buddha in the world with many paths to wander.
