Rosie Choi: Fruit ladies, street vendors, craft vendors, and street performers. Nice park to sit around and walk through!

Rosie Choi: Best at night. It's lively, crowded, and full of locals hanging out. There's also all kinds of street vendors and pizzerias around the plaza.
