I cannot think of ever tasting more delicious brunches - always take our foreign guests there! This place cooks everything fresh to absolute perfection. 😍
Everything I've had here has been impressive. Loved brunch and also an outstanding chocolate dessert, among other things! Solid place with friendly service and cute outdoor porch to eat on.
The brunch menu changes weekly and is super seasonal. Dinner is just as awesome, but it's a slightly more formal vibe. Bring your parents, and get the fried goat cheese and proscuitto if they have it.
I would recommend going there for the tasting menu. There are many different options to choose from, we went with the fish and the pork, and both were delicious. Highly recommended.
Tasting menu might not be as extravagant as many of NYC's best restaurants, but it's priced appropriately, especially when paired w/ wine, & always a delight to eat. Go here for delicious food!
Though I was skeptical of the breadbasket everyone talked about here, the scones and the jam were awesome. I also quite enjoyed the Chicken Liver special I had.
Had the market meal, (heirloom tomato's/roast pork & belly) w wine parings. Excellent, small place though, reservations necessary. Definitely going back.
They have a great selection of cheap and good bottles of wine. It's a better deal than buying by the glass. Also, amazing bread and I highly recommend the tilefish, if it's on the menu.
We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and lemon ricotta creeps for brunch. Both are great, but the fries are particularly outstanding. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
If you're non-white, you probably won't get good service. We waited for >1 hrs as hostess didn't pay attention to us and let in other white patrons and was unapologetic when she grudgingly sat us.
