The Minestrone was amazing! I ordered a pasta with mushrooms that was not on the menu as a vegetarian option. The dessert of hoja santa and higos was amazing!
One of the classic restaurants of DF. Try to get a reservation, but if you can't, walking in on the early side is often successful. All the pastas are great, but my favorite is always the short rib.
A French-Mexican fusion. The menu changes according to seasons, but everything is always really good. All the ingredients are unique and the chef is well aware of the role they play in every dish.
Very busy, trendy place. Great starters (octopus , ceviche). The mains were uninteresting, ordinary (baby chicken, steamed sole). Special mention for the dessert (mango/strawberry lasagna: divine !).

An avant-garde Italian restaurant. Order any pasta, some ravioli or spaghetti, and accompany it with a handcraftedbread made by the restaurant. The salads and fish dishes are wonderful.
Even though they operate with a menu with today’s date on, the waiter will recommend you today’s special without telling the price. It’ll be 5x if anything else on the menu. My mistake not asking obv.
