This was the absolute worst hotel I've stayed at, and I've stayed at some real dumps. The staff was rude and inattentive and the food was horrible and overpriced. Give the Rosen Center a wide berth!
This is a very hood hotel. The food is not included but you will have several options in the first floor. The pool is very nice and the jacuzzi. The highlight is when you go for an event at the conven
Disappointed! Gud hotel overall but WiFi vy weak in my room with many spots where I can't use it. Called & asked if a WiFibridge cud be connected to the ethernetport in my room & was told no.
Oh yeah, the line to get into the parking lot for the past two nights has been ridiculous. You also pay $6 a day to park which is ridiculous seeing as what is paid to stay here.
Nice but no fridge or microwave in room. To get to parkinggarage or pool you have to walk through the conference area very uncomfortable when everyone is all dressed up.
Not only is there no WiFi in the room, but you have to pay daily for internet access?! I'm on the key-card access floor and this office chair is about to fall to pieces.
no free wifi, and they charge you to use the exercise room facilities...why would anyone stay here except that it's close to the convention center...everything else is disappointing and outdated
Poor wifi, uncontrollable a/c, terrible pillows and a hi tech phone with a day-glo nightlight screen you have to cover with a towel to sleep. This place is losing it.
