When ordering prosciutto, go domestic and be sure to get slices off the end which is far sweeter then the middle. Yes it's a bit tougher but far more delicious and well worth your money.

Slice Pizza BlogNovember 10, 2010Our tip? Rosario's sells pizza by the slice. And it is killer. Not just "good for an Italian deli that also happens to sell pizza," it's the best slice for blocks around.
Sometimes the mozzarella is still warm when you buy it. Eat it as soon as you can. It will bring a tear to your eye.
