David HeyburnJune 1, 2015Roots is AMAZING! You are treated like family, because to the owners of Roots, Amanda and Christian, you are! The coffee is great the food is tasty and the place just oozes good vibes!
The iced salted caramel almond milk latte is the best iced coffee I've ever had. The loaded grits are okay although I personally prefer more salt and pepper. The grilled cheese on multigrain is good.
Favorite little neighborhood cafe - very friendly staff and a loaded breakfast burrito with coffee for under $10 is a great deal.
Not the fastest place, but everything is tasty and everyone's so nice here it's crazy. Like a cozy living room for the community. Take your time. Eat a coffee and drink a sandwich. Chillllllllll.
Wonderful Independent coffeeshop.. probably the best prices in the entire neighborhood. The art on the walls is lovely, and the sofa invites to linger.

Awesome little spot. The vegan tacos are great. Get there early enough and they have little vegan energy breakfast bars.

I come here way to much. Dark roast (house) is my morning wake up. Their bowls, burritos and sandwiches are all the jam.- Iced coconut americano is delicious and original. Perfect caffeine jolt in the summer.
Oh man. Best Chai Latte around. They brew and blend their own mix in house and it's amazing.
