Cocktails are extremely creative and delicious (they're the Angel Share guys after all), like the Thai Tea in eggshell. Pork buns are on point and love the $1.50 oyster happy hour before 7pm! 🙌🏻
Matsumen is really different (no broth), but you can't go wrong with any of the options (Okinawa has a nice brightcitrus taste while Sapporo is packed with umami flavor). Matchacocktail is awesome!
Cute hole-in-the-wall w creative cocktails (like cumin/yogurt!?!). Pineapple drink is a showstopper. Ramen is good, but small bites are the best. Definitely get the uni tofu and melty pork buns!!
If you’re north of Central Park this is a gem. Otherwise it’s a good ramen experience w/ excellent cocktails. Thai iced teacocktail is a must. Add a lot of chili as nothing’s that spicy. Tiny space.
I liked the shrimpbun over the pork belly one surprisingly. Neither are bad but I liked the flavor. The tomato clam drink is fun. Ramen broth for both ramen (two different ones) was great.
Looking for a lighter-feeling ramen that isn't a salt bomb? Look no further than the fish-based broth and ramen here. Definitely make sure to try the refreshing iced green tea as well.
Lovely little yummy Japanese place on West 141 St. Fantastic selection of oysters-great happy hour deal. Efficient friendly staff and the ramen broth is really tasty. Ill be visiting again for sure!
Hipramen joint w/creative cocktails&oyster bar. Kyoto, Sapporo&Hakata ramen-perfect texture&bite, broth was rich and unique(Kyoto-a bit too salty), Uni tofu&shrimp avocado-great.
Creatively made cocktails, nice selection of oysters (and some available at happy-hour prices), good ramen (although I wouldn’t mind if there were just a little bit more meat in the ramen).
Next level cocktails with creative flavors and presentation - get the Hijiki. Ramen is great without being heavy, thanks to their focus on mostly chicken or fish based broths.
The drinks are innovative and delicious. I had the Hijiki (seaweed) cocktail and my friend had the pineapple and passionfruit with burnt cinnamon. Both really great.
Ramen, of course. Don’t come with a huge appetite (portions are medium sized) but if in the mood for unusually interesting cocktails and some ramen, you will enjoy yourself.
