Huge difference of cocktail quality depending of bartender. Some bartenders even mis the know how of making proper cocktails.

oh man best tip ever, suppose it won't happen that often, but sit at the desk cos' the awesome barkeeper just gave me a Mojito for free because he made one to much and was gonna throw it away
