Chris StanleyMay 26, 2013If you're not sure which beer to try, get the beer flight. For $11 you get to sample all 7 craft beers plus one that isn't on the beer list.
Well above average for sure. If you like burgers, try the bison burger. And, trust me on this, order your bison a half step down in temp from beef. Ex. Medium, ask for medium-rare. I order mine rare.

The new Silverback glasses are pretty cool. And the beer inside isn't bad either!
The Hopyard is one of the best ales made in CO: flowery, sharp and well-balanced; no too bitter or overwhelming. Right up there with Dales Pale Ale and other great CO brews IMHO. Cool brewpub!

- Bourbon Stout is back! Smooth, chocolatey, bourbon and vanilla flavors. Yummmmm!
