Mary M MottaJanuary 21, 2015my #1 spot in GR! good for casual dates, dinner/drinks, hanging with friends. sushi menu is served late. awesome sweet potato sushi! love the fish and chips. don't order the cookie skillet - bland.
Great place for food and drinks, try the stuffed chicken, it is a personal fav. I also love the NY strip, those au grat potatoes are amazing :)
Roxanne is the best bartender/server make sure you ask for her. Makes awesome drinks and really caters to the customer :)

Pitchers of sangria (the mixed kind) are soooo good...and deadly...The mac n' cheese (get it with bacon & green onions!) is amazing too!

Get the spinach and artichoke dip but have the kitchen add bacon and jalapeños. You won't order it any other way.
Try a bottle of the Pinot Noir, and order the shrimp rangoons. also try the spicy california rolls. makes for a great snack with a friend. The bar has a really chilled out, sexy vibe.

The kobe tortilla salad is amazing. It isn't on the Republic menu but you can still order it. Warning: The girls working the front of the house are usually unorganized if it's even remotely busy.
