From Our Wood Fire Grill‏
At Rimel's we cook over mature oak which is harvested by our Palomar Ranch Partners. Our line caught & harpooned fish is supplied daily by local fishermen. We feature natural meats that are hormone & antibiotic free. Woodfired entrees are served w/ a choice of one sauce & two side dishes: Small house salad, wok'd veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, sweet potato fries, cup of soup, jasmine or brown rice, chipotle black beans, or slaw.
Filet Mignon
This tender 8oz filet is woodfired to perfection. Choose any two side dishes to complete your meal.
Rib-Eye Steak
12 oz steak cooked to order. Served w/ two sides & one sauce.
Baby Back Ribs
1/2 rack of ribs prepared w/ Rimel's special dry rub & house BBQ sauce. Slow roasted & wood-fired. Choice of two sides & one sauce.

From Our Rotisserie
Our California chickens are hormone & antibiotic free & grain fed. We rotisserie over mature oak from our partners on Palomar Mountain. Our chickens are cooked golden brown w/ no added seasoning. (Gluten Free) Chicken combos are served w/ chipotle black beans, jasmine or brown rice & choice of two sauces.

The best of both worlds: Flourless lava cake filled w/ molten chocolate & flash fried plantains to cut the sweetness. Yummmmm!

Any of our wok'd seared bowls can be gluten free w/ the substitution of Tamari. Just ask your server.
