Laura DowlingAugust 18, 2013The waiting room is a big plus along with fair treatment and am a customer for many years. Next door is a car wash and the Publix and a few eating spots are in easy walking distance.
Jen BakerMay 3, 2013The customer service at the front desk was great and the waiting room was nice. I'm reluctant to recommend this place because service is slow. I was quoted an hour and half at most but was here 3 hrs!

Ralph and Chip always take great care of me. Everyone who works there is great. You'll always be well taken care of here.- Just when I thought Rikers couldn't get any better it does! Their waiting area, or should I say Internet Cafe, is awesome!
- Ashley DJune 7, 2014Biggest rip off ever. We waited 5 hours for them to scan out car just to quote us $1000 for something I can do for $300.
2 hours and $80 for a simple oil change and tires rotated is absolutely ridiculous. I've never paid this much for an oil change. EVER. the labor was more than the actual service.
