Totally reliable w/ high quality service. Nobody talks down to you or tries to dupe you. Salesfolk are great at sizing up your needs. And everyone's super friendly, even to patrons who're being jerks.
The staff are super helpful about apparel / gear. I spent more than I wanted but I'm happy to support such a nice shop
